Turn exported phone contacts (.vcf) into a spreadsheet.

  • Free
  • No sign-up
  • Files stay on your device

or drag and drop them here

Exports from iPhone, Android, Google Contacts and Outlook all work.

Your files are processed entirely in your browser using built-in web technologies. They are not uploaded to our servers, and closing the page clears them from memory.

How to use the vCard to CSV Converter

  1. Drop one or more .vcf files, or paste vCard text.
  2. Check the contacts found.
  3. Download the CSV and open it in Excel, Numbers or Google Sheets.

What does this tool do?

Phones and email apps export contacts as vCard (.vcf) files. The converter reads vCard 2.1, 3.0 and 4.0, including folded lines and quoted-printable text, and maps names, organisations, titles, emails, phone numbers, addresses, websites, birthdays and notes to columns.

Files are read in your browser — your contacts are never uploaded.

Why use it?

  • Multiple files at once.
  • All common vCard versions.
  • Excel-friendly option.
