How to use the PDF Form Filler
- Choose a fillable PDF form.
- Type into the fields listed — checkboxes, choices and dropdowns are shown as controls.
- Download the filled PDF; tick “flatten” to make the answers permanent.
What does this tool do?
Government, tax, visa and HR forms are often fillable PDFs with named fields. This tool reads those fields and writes your answers back into them, so the form stays valid for anyone who opens it later.
Flattening turns the fields into ordinary page content, which stops further edits and makes the form print the same everywhere. Your PDF is processed on your own device and never uploaded.
Why use it?
- All standard field types.
- Optional flattening.
- Works on phones too.
Accuracy and limits
- Forms built with XFA (some older Adobe LiveCycle forms) and fields with calculation scripts aren't supported. If a form has no fields, use Add Text to PDF.
Privacy
Your files are processed entirely in your browser using built-in web technologies. They are not uploaded to our servers, and closing the page clears them from memory. There's no account to create and nothing to install.
