How to use the Text to Binary Converter
- Choose text → binary or binary → text.
- Type or paste your input.
- Copy the result.
What does this tool do?
Computers store text as numbers, and each byte is 8 bits. The letter “A” is 65, which is 01000001 in binary.
The converter uses UTF-8, the encoding of the web, so characters outside basic English take two to four bytes.
Why use it?
- Both directions.
- Full UTF-8 support.
- Choice of separators.
