What does this tool do?

Every platform counts differently. X counts links as 23 characters and emoji as 2; Instagram allows 2,200 characters and 30 hashtags; LinkedIn posts show about 210 characters before “see more”.

Counts are by visible character, so emoji and accented letters are counted correctly.
