How to use the Meeting Planner (Time Zones)
- Pick the date and add the time zones of everyone attending.
- Set the working hours you want to respect.
- Read the highlighted hours — or the best-times list below.
What does this tool do?
Each row shows the local hour in one time zone for every hour of the day. Hours inside everyone's working hours are highlighted, and lighter cells show when people are at least awake.
Daylight saving starts and ends on different dates around the world, so the planner uses each zone's real rules for the day you choose.
Why use it?
- Up to eight zones.
- Daylight-saving aware.
- Best times listed for you.
