About Echo Sequence
A modern take on the classic sequence-memory game. Four glowing pads play a pattern of lights and musical tones; repeat it back exactly. Each round adds one more step and the playback speeds up. Sound helps your memory — turn it on if you can.

How to play Echo Sequence
- 1Press Start and watch the pads light up.
- 2Repeat the pattern by tapping the pads in the same order.
- 3Each correct round adds a step.
- 4One wrong tap ends the run — your longest sequence is your score.
Controls: Tap pads, or press 1–4 (or the arrow keys) on a keyboard.
Tips and strategy
- Hum the tones — melody is easier to remember than position.
- Chunk the sequence into groups of three or four.
- Keep your eyes soft on the centre instead of chasing one pad.

Is sound required?
No, but tones make the pattern easier to remember. Use the speaker button in the game bar to mute.
How long can the sequence get?
There is no cap. Most people reach 7–9 steps; 12 or more is excellent.
Why does it speed up?
Playback gets faster as the sequence grows, to keep the challenge steady.
